Q: What’s the temperature use on the press machine ?
A: Top and bottom both about 170 ℃
Q: How long time need press by machine ?
A:It depend on the fabric and your mold. Normally, for light fabric ,10-30 second is enough.
If winter hard fabric, need some more long time.
Q: What is the mesh size of the print screen ?
A: Normally 120 T is OK, but also can depend on your fabric weight to adjust.
Q:Why sometimes the silicone will have some permeation?
A:Base on the same mesh size, if the fabric is thick ,you can add some thinner in the silicone.
If the fabric is light, the silicone must thick enough.
