The printing effect is very durable, withstand industrial machine washing, and industrial abrasion resistance.
In addition,the silicone is OEKO-TEX certificated, no toixc, can use for toddlers and hospitals ,all are PVC free.
Mixing Preparation
Catalyst: A-30 platium catalyst, add 2% into the silicone. For example 100 Gram silicone add 2 gram catalyst.
Solvent: Normally .this silicone does not require any solvent.
Drying: it is better dry the printsat temperature 100-120 degree for 60 seconds.
Printing: we suggest use hollow screen to do the socks printing . if you use Mesh screens, suggest 80-160 mesh to print with Anysil silicone inks.

Question Q&A
1. Silicones are not getting transferred properly on the socks in the starting (toe) and end (Heel) points ?
----- It is not the silicone quality issue, it is process issue. pls adjust the machine . see attachment, i write in red words.
1. pls adjust the socks printing plate ,the whole plate must be in the same level. otherwise,if have some slant, the silicone can't transfer on the the socks evenly,like your picture ,toe and heels points can't get the silicone enough.
2. Pls also double check the screen plate, whether the distance between the screen plate to the socks are even . if not, the silicone also can't print on the sock evenly.
in all, pls adjust the machine, except material, printing process and experience also very important .
2) Bubbles are appearing in the 6621W silicone ?.
---- Yes, if you print the same temperature and speed as low density , there will have some bubbles appear. but only in clear color on black socks, if you add color pigment in it , no issue, or print on light color socks, also no issue .
If want get effect without any bubbles , must low the temperature to below 100 degree, then slow down the heating tunnel . but can't get production high efficiency.
The advantage of this silicone is : this silicone is very light , easy through mesh , shinny effect .
