Shoes Upper Screen Printing Silicone Inks

Shoes upper screen printing silicone inks can bring up your brand to high value. It can print by hand or machine.

Also, you can base on you shoe materials to choose suitable silicone inks,use natural dry ,or high adhesive silicone inks, do matte or super high shinny effect.

USE TIPS :

Normal shoes fabric such as coconut shoes, we can use right-angle 2301A, rounded silicone 3302A, shinny silicone  3303AG, matte 3305AM,mix with catalyst at 10:1

For Nylon fabric which hard to adhesive , pls use AD-10 and need the middle layer  2301B (TZ), and the back is the same 

Leather microfiber leather is also need AD-10 base glue and then use the middle layer 2301B (TZ)

After using AD-10, it should be baked in the oven at 100 degrees for 2-3 hours

Be careful, Silicone does not bond with sole, so don’t let the silicone pattern to the bonding part of the sole.

The luminous powder is added to the rounded silicone, the same as the color pigment

Dry and scrape every time, total need about 20 times.
