Silk screen printing silicone inks is one kind Food Grade High Temp Silicone.

It used For Screen Print Of Base Coating, Color Coating and Surface Coating.

ITEM NO.: AS2301A+3302A+3303A/G

STEP 1: Print the base

Mix silicone ink #2301A with catalyst at ratio 10:1

Add thinner when need it.

Print 6-10 times depend on the effect you need.

Bake every time under 150 ℃

STEP 2: Color coating

Mix good flow silicone ink 3302A with catalyst at ratio 10:1

Add pigment , normally below 15% depend on your request.

Add thinner when need it.

Stir well

Print 2-3 time, bake every time.

STEP 3: Upper coating , you can use shinny or matte effect base on your request

Mix upper coating silicone with catalyst at 10 :1

Print 2-3 times, bake every time

 Then the final effect come out , very good fastness. No crack.
