STEP1: Silicone ink AS6132 or AS6232HA mix color.

paste(10%-15%), adding catalyst AS-3 or AS-4 10%, stir well, then printing on PET release film, printing times depend on actual situation, every times need bake try surface by temperature 120℃.

STEP2: Mix silicone ink AS6232HA with catalyst AS-3 or AS-4 10%, add appropriate amount of thinner when need, stir well then printing 5-8 times, bake dry surface every times at temperature 120℃.

STEP3: Mix middle layer silicone AS6820B with catalyst AS-A100 5% or AS-A50 10%, stir well then printing 2 times, first time bake dry surface at temperature 120℃, the second time no need bake.

STEP4: Mix hot-melt glue AS-HMT-6 with cyclohexanone 5-10%, printing about 10 times, every time need bake small time at temperature 120℃. Then transfer printing label finished.

STEP5: Put the finished label in the oven to bake about 60 minutes on 110℃.

STEP6: Use press machine heat press the label on the fabric, temperature 160℃@15 seconds for transfer both side, after it gets cool, tear the paper, the label will be firmly stick with fabric.

STEP1: Mix high density silicone ink AS6232HA with catalyst AS-3 or AS-4 10%,add appropriate amount of thinner (below 10%,according to the consistency of silicone), stir well then printing 6-10 times(depending on the thickness you need),

Need bake dry the surface at 120℃ after every time printing.

STEP2: Mix round corner silicone ink S6132 with color paste 10%(dark color)-20%(light color), and add catalyst AS-3 or AS-4 10%, stir well then printing about 2(dark color)-5(light color) times.

ATTENTION: if manual printing,after every printing, need to wait the silicone ink leveling and bubble disappear then start to bake dry surface, then go to next repeat printing,baking temperature 120℃.

STEP3: Surface coating, you can choose matte silicone or glossy silicone.

Matte silicone: mix matte silicone with thinner 30% and catalyst AS-3 or AS-4 10% , stir well and printing 1 times, you can’t bake it until the silicone leveling and bubble disappear, baking temperature at about 120℃, waiting to bake dry fully, the printing finished.

Glossy silicone: mix glossy silicone with catalyst AS-3 or AS-4 10%, stir well and printing 1 times, you can’t bake it until the silicone leveling and bubble disappear, baking temperature at about 120℃, waiting to bake dry fully,the printing finished.

STEP1: Mix directly moulding silicone AS9240MA with color paste 4% and stir well ,then add catalyst AS-3 or AS-4 10%, stir well again.

STEP2: Put the mixed silicone on the mould evenly then clean the extra silicone ink with a squeegee and clean the mould surface with fabric.

STEP3: Vacuum the mould to release silicone’s air bubble.

STEP4: Prepare high temperature resistant paper, fabric which need to mould print,put high temperature resistant paper on the bottom then lay on fabric, the last put the mould positive face to the fabric.

STEP5: Setting moulding machine temperature 160℃ by 50 seconds(depending on actual pattern size), heat press, after finished heat press and when the mould cool down, you can take out the moulding fabric.

STEP1: Mix embossing silicone AS6452A with catalyst AS-3 or AS-4 10% or AS6460B with catalyst AS-A70 2%, stir well then use a sharp squeegee on the 120 mesh count screen to scrape the silicone onto the interlining cloth, print 1 time.

STEP2: Prepare embossing mould, remember the concave mould on the bottom then put the printed interlining on the mould, noted that printed silicone inks side direction upward and use another same size fabric to face to face to bond, finally, pet the convex mold in position and cover above the cloth so that the mould can be completely combined.

STEP3: Setting moulding machine temperature 160℃ by 50 seconds(depending on actual pattern size to setting) and heat press, after heat press, goods finished.
