1.Step 1: Use base adhesive silicone AD-9, mix with catalyst at 100:5. Print two times, bake after every printing, Temperature about 130℃ |

2.Step2: Print middle layer silicone 2301B(TZ) as cross linker,add catalyst #100 about 5%, Stir well. Print 2 times .Bake after every printing. |

Step 2-2 :For some nylon fabric or some fabric which very hard adhesive with silicone add this step. Print nylon adhesive base glue. Mix AS9801A with catalyst AS-4 with 10:1. Print 2 times .Bake after every printing. |

3.Step 3: Print right angle silicone as base coating, Mix silicone 2301A with catalyst at 10:1,print 10-20 times depend on the thickness you need. |

4.Step4: Print the round corner silicone as color coating , mix silicone ink 3302A with catalyst at 10:1, add pigment about 15%, stir well. Print 2-5 times depend on your fabric color. Bake every printing. For multi-color printing, you need prepare several screen plate depend on your color quantity. Tips : you can print one layer clear round corner silicone first, then add color to print the next step if you screen design have some holes. The surface will be very smooth and good effect. |

5.Step 5: Surface coating. Print the glossy surface coating silicone 3303AG, mix with catalyst at 10:1. Print 1-2 times ,Wait some minutes ,we can’t bake it until the silicone flow well,no bubble. |
