how to do silicone heat transfer screen printing ?
Step 1 : Color printing. Use good flow round silicone 3302A,mix with catalyst at 10:1. Add pigment about 10-15%,stir well. Print 2-3 times, bake every time after printing under temperature at 100℃.
Step 2 :Print base silicone to reach the thickness you need. Use silicone 2301A,mix with catalyst at 10:1. Normally print 5-8 times, but pls base on the thickness you need to adjust the print time.bake every time after printing under temperature at 100℃.
Step 3: print middle layer silicone 2301B(TZ),mix with catalyst M-100 at 100:5,print 2-3 times, bake every time.
Step 4 :Print hot-melt glue #HMT -6, print 10 times, bake every printing. The transfer print label finished。
Step 5: Print the transfer label on the fabric. Use press machine heat press the label on the fabric,temperature 150℃,30 seconds.
