Silicone Heat Transfer Printing

Silicone heat transfer is one of very popular and high efficiency printing way for textile or other products.

It is used for decorate clothes,bag,hats,t shirt especially for label printing.

Heat transfer printing can do many type of pattern, such as brush effect, high 3D effect.

It can increase the level of the products.

Product name : heat transfer silicone

Items need :heat transfer AS-9240A +middle layer silicone AS-2301BTZ+Hotmelt powder

Catalyst: Mix AS-9240A with AS-3 Middle dry at 10:1, MixAS-2301BTZ with AS-100 Catalyst at 100:5

Materials need: film

Machine : screen printing , the mesh need 120 size , bake/ heat table,

Product features:

1.Easy operation.

2.Good fastness after press on the fabric .

4. Soft handfeel ,high 3D effect.

PRINTNG TIPS :

1.Mix heat transfer silicone 9240A with catalyst at 10:1,that means 100g9240A need add 10g AS-3, if the weather is very cold, you can add some more catalyst, so that it can dry fast. Add 15% color pigment , stir well.

2.Print on the fabric ,print 5-6 times, you can adjust the printing time base on the thickness you need. Bake every print time.

3.Print middle layer silicone 2301B(TZ) as crosslinker. Print 2-3 times. Bake the first 2 times, but the last print time, don’t bake it.

4.Throw the hotmelt powder on it. Then bake it,but the temperature can’t be high, below 80℃

5.Then finished ,you can use your machine to press the label on the fabric, temperature about 160℃, time about 25 seconds.
