Moulding Heat Transfer Silicone Ink

Moulding heat transfer silicone ink is a liquid silicone rubber for heating transfer trademark.

Moulding heat transfer silicone ink is molded by moulding pressure cure with small molding machine, it has good adhesion with hot melt adhesive(TPU).

Below is the procedure to make molding heat transfer printing :

Materials: molding silicone ink,curing agent ,color paste ,hot melt adhesive film,stick film low and high viscosity.

Step 1: Mix the moulding silicone AS9235A and curing agent XGY-5 at ratio of 10:1, add 10-15% color paste ，add thinner P-1 about 10%，stir well，filled in the mold

Step2: The hot melt adhesive film and Teflon are covered on the surface of the mold.

Step 3: Put the mold flat into silicone form machine for high temperature forming. The temperature of upper mold is 100°C,lower mold is 150°C. Forming time need 10 second,Vulcanizing time is 15 second.

Step 4: At the end of curing time,tear off the hot-melt adhesive paper on the surface, and then cover the surface of silicone with a stick film of low viscosity

Step 5: Put the mold on the freezing table to cool down

Step 6: Separate the silicone from the mold. And then, the surface of silicone was covered with high viscosity stick film to separate silicone from low viscosity stick film，then finished。
