which can vary in length, thickness and colour. Finer flock when adhesive on silicone, it looks and feels almost like velvet

Flocking silicone for screen printing tips:
*Mixing AS9320ZR A with AS9320ZR B at ratio 1:1 .
*Print two times
*Flash-baking tips:first time, pls dry the surfaceby flash at temperature 100-120℃.
But the second and third coating layer no need heat , print wet on wet for thickness application.
Then,please start flocking with flock machine when the silicone ink is still wet.
After flocking effect come out , use cleaner to collect the dusting .
*Bake the flocking silicone at 100-120℃ until it's cured enough.
*please Only can do wast test after 72hours,because need dry enough.
