The materials need as below :
Matte silicone AS-9105B or Glossy silicone AS-9103B
Fast dry catalyst A-50 4% (For example 100G silicone to mix with 4G catalyst)
Thinner P-2 100-120% (For example 100G silicone to mix with 100-120G thinner)
Silicone Ink For Shoelace Dipping operation time 1.5-2.5 hours, curing time 1-2hours.
Dipping procedure as below :
1.Dipping silicone clear layer 1 time
Glossy silicone AS-9103B :100G
Fast dry catalyst A-50 4G (add 4%)
Thinner (diluter ): add 100-150 g, (ratio1:1-1.5)
stir evenly, (Note: At this time, you can add a little less diluent, the amount of diluent depends on the customer, the less diluent , the more thickness.) Dip the rope end into the silicone, the position is determined by the customer, lift it vertically, and place it vertically on the shelf with clips. At the beginning, the flow rate of the silicone have a little fast. remove the silicone at the lower end of the rope with the flat cardboard, and leave it for 1-2 hours. After the silicone is dry, proceed to the next step.
2. Cut the rope end
In order to make the rope end more flat, many customers will cut the rope end .
3. Dip silicone color layer
Glossy silicone AS-9103B :100G
Fast dry catalyst A-50 4G (add 4%)
Thinner (diluter ): add 100-150 g, (ratio1:1-1.5)
add a certain proportion of the silicone pigment, stir evenly, (Note: At this time, customers can add more diluent, the leveling effect will be better), Dip the end of the rope into colored silicone inks, lift it vertically, place it vertically on a shelf with clips, remove the excess silicone inks so that will not be left behind. After curing, proceed to the next step.
4. If you want a bright light effect, dip the colored silicone as last step 2-3 times , but add adjust the thinner add ratio.
5. If you want a matte effect, use matte silicone to dip again.

Fast dry catalyst A-50 4G (add 4%)
Thinner (diluter ): add 100-150 g, (ratio1:1-1.5)
stir well, immerse the above-mentioned rope end in the prepared matte silicone, lift it vertically, and place it vertically on a shelf with clips , and finally use cardboard to remove the excess silicone inks that will not leave behind. After curing, proceed to the next step.
6. In order to make the matte silicone washable better, bake at 80-90 degrees for 40-60 minutes.
