How to make 3D silicone heat transfer ?




You need prepare materials as below:
Materials: molding heat transfer silicone ink,catalyst ,color paste ,hot melt film,high adhesive film
machine : silicone curing machine , freezing table ,mold tool with your design pattern
Step 1: Mix the moulding heat transfer silicone ink and catalyst 2%-5%, add 5%-15% color paste ,stir well,fill in the mold.
Step2: Overlay hotmelt film on the top of the mold.
Step 3: Vacuum & vulcanization shaping with the silicone label forming machine,put one layer teflon fabric on top the mold before curing. ( Vacuum time 10 seconds,the temperature of upper mold is 110°C,bottom mold is 130°C. curing time 45 seconds)
Step 4: Put the mold on the freezing table to cool down after curing done
Step 5: Release the hotmelt film with silicone label from the mold and remove the extra waste.
Step 6: Use position film(high adhesive film) transfer the finished silicone label from hotmelt film.
Step 7: Transfer label finished. Heat-press the molding heat-transfer label on the garments or cutting piece with the normal heat-transfer machine,when heat press on the fabric, temperature is 160°C press time 15 seconds.
