STEP 1 : Use base bonding adhesive silicone print above 3 times,bake dry surface not stick hand after every time stroke then go forward to next time repeat printing;
STEP 2 : Print hotmelt glue (Dilute with a certain amount of cyclohexanone), print above 3 times,bake dry surface not stick hand after every time stroke then go forward to next time repeat printing;
STEP 3 :Print middle layer silicone AS6820NB as cross linker,mix with catalyst at ratio 100:5 by the weight(use a electric scale)and stir well,print 3 times, bake dry surface not stick hand after every time stroke then go forward to next time repeat printing;
STEP 4: Base coating
Mix silicone ink AS-6222AKT with catalyst 3# (Autumn and winter season use) or 4#(spring and summer season use) at ratio 10:1 by the weight(use a electric scale),add appropriate amount of diluents/thinner(according to the consistency of silica gel)normally below 10% and stir well,total print 6-10 times depend on the thickness you need , bake dry surface not stick hand after every time stroke then go forward to next time repeat printing;
STEP 5: Color coating
Mix silicone ink AS-6132L with color paste about at ratio 10%(dark color)-20%(other light color)and stir well then add catalyst 3# (Autumn and winter season use) or 4#(spring and summer season use) at ratio 10:1 by the weight(use a electric scale),print above 5 times depend on your fabric color,after every printing ,need to wait the silicone ink leveling and bubble disappear then start to bake dry surface till not stick hand then go forward to next time repeat printing, every time bake about 2-5 minutes;
STEP 6: Surface coating , you can use matte surface coating silicone(AS-6312)glossy silicone(AS-6142)or super glossy silicone(AS-6142G) which base on your request
Mix silicone ink matte surface coating silicone(AS-6312)or glossy silicone(AS-6142)or super glossy silicone(AS-6142G),if you use matte surface coating silicone(AS-6312)need to add 30% diluents/thinnerto dilution the silicone and stir well then add catalyst 3#(Autumn and winter season use)or 4#(spring and summer season use) at ratio 10:1 by the weight(use a electric scale)and stir well,print 1 time,wait some minutes,you can't bake it until the silicone leveling and bubble disappear,the printing finished.
STEP 7:Put the goods into oven bake 1hour @100℃
