Tips for choosing the mixing ratio of liquid silicone?
If the product needs to be resistant to high temperatures (>150℃) and tearing: directly exclude the 100:2 condensation type (low upper temperature limit, easy to age and crack).
If it involves food/medical contact: exclude all condensation types (10:1 condensation type, 100:2), and only choose 1:1 addition type (need to confirm certification).
If it is manual DIY or novice operation: exclude 100:2 (the ratio is difficult to control, and it is easy to not cure due to insufficient curing agent).
If it needs to be used outdoors for a long time: exclude 100:2 (poor UV resistance, easy to become brittle), and give priority to 1:1 addition type.
