How to choose the appropriate liquid silicone mixing ratio based on product production process and efficiency?
Manual operation / small batch production:
Prefer 1:1 ratio: no need for precise weighing (just divide it into cups), long "usable life" after mixing (1-4 hours, enough time for adjustment), friendly to novices.
Automated production line / large batch production:
10:1 or 100:2: The ratio can be accurately controlled by a metering pump, suitable for high-speed production; but 100:2 requires higher equipment accuracy (errors can easily lead to curing failure).
Curing speed requirements:
Urgent demoulding (such as within 2 hours): Choose 10:1 (high proportion of curing agent, faster room temperature curing) or 1:1 heating curing (1-2 hours at 60°C).
Allow slow curing (such as more than 24 hours): 100:2 condensation type (suitable for low-cost scenarios without expedited).
