Compared with PVC materials, what are the advantages of silicone in terms of environmental protection and safety?

Silicone:
It is a non-toxic and odorless material with stable chemical properties. It does not contain harmful ingredients such as phthalates (plasticizers), lead, and cadmium. It meets food grade (such as silicone tableware) and medical grade standards (such as silicone catheters).
It is not easy to release toxic substances at high temperatures. When burned, it only produces a small amount of harmless silica and water, which is environmentally friendly.
PVC:
It is non-toxic in itself, but a large amount of phthalate plasticizers (especially soft PVC) and stabilizers (which may contain lead and cadmium) need to be added during production. These substances may interfere with endocrine and pose potential risks to children and human health.
It releases hydrogen chloride gas (toxic) and dioxins (strong carcinogens) at high temperatures or when burned, and is less environmentally friendly.
Advantages of silicone: safer, no harmful substances released, suitable for direct contact with the human body (such as maternal and child products, underwear) and food-related scenes.
