Silicone:
It can be made into various shapes through injection molding, extrusion and other processes, and can be designed to be non-slip, waterproof, breathable (porous silicone) and other characteristics, suitable for high-end products (such as diving equipment, medical consumables, baby pacifiers).
No odor, non-sticky, more delicate touch (such as silicone buttons, silicone watch straps).
PVC:
The processing cost is low, suitable for large-scale production of low-priced products (such as plastic bags, ordinary toys, water pipes), but the texture is hard or sticky (soft PVC), and it is easy to produce odor.
Advantages of silicone: It is more suitable for scenes with high requirements for texture, safety and durability. Although the cost is higher, the overall performance is better.
