Molding heat transfer process
--- for single color silicone labels---
Material requirements:
Silicone, catalyst, color pigment, hot melt film, positioning film (high or medium adhesion)




Machines requirements:
vulcanizing machine, Freezer, mold



Step 1:
Fill silicone AS6440 in the mold and overlay hotmelt film
Prepare silicone ink: add 5-15% pigment to color the silicone AS6440;
Mix the colored silicone with catalyst A50 at ratio: 100:2


Step 2:
Cured in the automatic vulcanize machine
Suggest temperature setting: upper mold 100℃, bottom mold 130℃.
The curing time 20-40 seconds

Step 3:
Cool down the mold on the freezing table

Step 4: Release the cured silicone from the mold

Step 5:
Using the position film to transfer the silicone label if needed



Step 6: Hot press trademark on the clothes


Hot press at a temperature of 160℃for about 15 seconds
(it is recommended to press both sides for better results)
