Common Problems with Silicone Dispensing Adjustments
Oversized dots: Shorten dispensing time, reduce air pressure, or use a thinner needle.
Small dots: Increase dispensing time, increase air pressure, or use a thicker needle.
Position offset: Recalibrate the coordinate system and check for secure positioning of the workpiece.
Severe stringing: Increase the amount of suck-back, extend the dispensing time, or reduce the dispensing speed.
