In screen printing, the influence of screen mesh on printing accuracy
High mesh screen: When the screen mesh is high, such as 300 mesh and above, due to the small mesh, the ink penetration and position can be more accurately controlled, so very fine patterns and texts can be printed, and the lines will appear clearer and sharper, which is suitable for printing those brand trademarks, electronic product circuit boards and other fine printed products with high requirements for details.
Low mesh screen: For low mesh screens like 100 mesh, because the mesh is large, the ink penetration is relatively large and it is not easy to control accurately, so the printed pattern accuracy is relatively low, and the lines will be relatively thick. It is generally suitable for large-area pattern printing that does not require high accuracy but needs to be completed quickly, such as some simple logos, poster backgrounds, etc.
