What does mesh count mean in screen printing?
In screen printing, mesh count is an important parameter, which refers to the number of mesh holes per inch (1 inch = 2.54 cm) of the screen.
For example, a common 100-mesh screen means that there are 100 mesh holes per inch of the screen. The higher the mesh count, the more mesh holes there are per unit length and the smaller the mesh holes are; the lower the mesh count, the larger the mesh holes are, and the fewer mesh holes there are per unit length.
