Anti-slip socks printing ink is an additive type silk-screen socks silicone.It is a highly resilient elastomer catalyzed by platinum cross linking, Impermeable fabric, It has long open time and low temperature rapid curing on the printing table ,it can fast printing thickness.
Anti-slip socks printing ink can be printed by thick screen and big holes mesh.
We have two kinds of silicone inks for sock printing, one is high density which is suitable for back heel, another is low density which is suitable for color pattern printing.

Application: mainly used for sock printing
USE TIPS :
Mix ratio: Mix AS1220NB : A30 = 100 : 2
Pigment add 2-4% if necessary
No need add thinner.
heating by 120℃ -150℃ for 6-12 seconds , Heating time depends on drying temp.
Package : 20KG/Bucket catalyst :2kg/bucket
Keep for 12 months under 25 degrees in a cool and dry environment
