DIRECTION FOR USE

DEBOSSING AND EMBOSSING SILICONE PRINTING

1.Print XGY-P-9250A mix with catalyst #3 at ratio 10:1,normally print 2-3 times.

2.Put the male mold on the bottom, the fabric in the middle layer, and the female mold on top. Put them together under machine to press it, normally need 2-3 second,temperature 120℃

3.Screen printing screen board is best in 120 mesh, one scrape every time. if there is silicone penetration to the back of the fabric,Please reduce the amount of silicone under the screen printing and reduce the machine pressure.
