USE TIPS :
Mix silicone with curing catalyst at ratio 10:1.
It can reach good hardness after print 3-4times
For curing Catalyst ,you can choose fast dry, middle dry, slow dry depend on your request.
Add 3# medium ,dry curing agent, at room temperature of 25 degrees, the operation time is 4 hours, and the
oven machine can be baked back and forth to dry the surface.
Add 5# slow dry curing agent, at room temperature of 25 degrees, the operation time is 24 hours, and the oven can be baked for two rounds to dry.
HD Silicone For Printing can have good smooth surface,longer proceed time,easy have high density 3D effect,reduce the print time ,enhance the working efficiency.
When need matte or shinny effect,pls print one time surface coating by matte /shinny silicone.
It also can adjust the numbers of the print mesh hole to get half matte effect.
it can use for both hand printing or machine printing.
If the silicone can not be used up on the day, the remaining can be stored in the refrigerator
and can be used again the next day
