l. Mixture: Mix up the A, B component in the proportion of 1:1. It can be manually stirred or mixed by equipment.
2. Defoaming: The mixed rubber should be deaerated in vacuum. It will be finished (in about 10 minutes) until there is no bubble on the surface. If a small amount of rubber is used, operate it in the vacuum dryer.
3. Molding: Put the mixed material after defoaming into the mould and cure it for 2-3 hours at normal temperature; it takes 30 minutes to cure when it is heated to 120 degree Celsius .The curing temperature and time are based on the technical condition.
Packing specification: 20kg/pail or 200 kg/drum
Storage: Silicone compounds should be stored in a dry environment away from direct sunlight and heat, and at a temperature of less than 30C..
Operation:During the operation, avoid touching with condensed silicone rubber curing agent and chemical compound containing a mines, sulfur and phosphorus and some other metal-salts.
