⑤ According to the characteristics of the substrate, adjust the appropriate gap between the screen printing plate and the substrate.
⑥ Check whether the color and viscosity of the silicone ink used meet the requirements.
⑦ According to the size of the substrate, determine its position on the printing table. Fix the rules of printing auxiliary equipment.
⑧ Prepare the drying rack and other drying machines, and adjust the drying temperature in advance. After completing the above inspection preparations, you can start silicone printing.
