1. Parameter verification process
Sample test: L9 (3⁴) orthogonal test table is used, and the variables are temperature (165℃/175℃/185℃), pressure (1MPa/1.5MPa/2MPa), time (15 seconds/20 seconds/25 seconds), cooling method (natural cooling/air cooling/gradient cooling), and 3 samples are made for each combination.
Performance evaluation:
Scratching test (ISO 2409): Grade 4B (the cut edge is completely smooth and there is no grid falling off) is qualified;
Water boiling test (100℃×30 minutes): The pattern has no bubbling or falling off;
High and low temperature cycle (-20℃×2h → 70℃×2h, 5 cycles): No cracking or peeling.
2. Process curing standards
First piece inspection: Before each batch of production, 3 samples are made according to the optimal parameters. Mass production can only be carried out after passing the cross-cutting, wear resistance (eraser 50 times), high and low temperature tests.
Process monitoring: The surface energy of the silicone rubber is tested with a dyne pen every hour (≥38mN/m), and 1 piece is randomly sampled every 2 hours for cross-cutting test.
