How to solve the problem of uneven force on the edge by modifying the embossing mold in a small range?

Edge grinding: The edge of the mold is relatively sharp, which may be an important reason for the indentation. Use sandpaper, abrasives and other tools to grind the edge of the mold to form a fillet with a certain arc. The radius of the fillet can be about 1-3mm, which can make the pressure more evenly dispersed at the edge and reduce the concentrated squeeze on the edge of the fabric.

Add a buffer layer: Paste a thin layer of soft buffer material, such as a silicone sheet or a thin sponge sheet, on the surface of the mold, with a thickness of 0.5-1mm. When pasting, make sure that the material is flat and wrinkle-free, so that it can play a buffering role during embossing and reduce the occurrence of indentations.
