How to deal with the problem of uneven force on fabrics during embossing?

Pretreatment:

This kind of fabric can be properly softened before embossing, such as low-temperature steam ironing, to make the fabric fibers softer and increase plasticity, so that they can deform more evenly during embossing and reduce indentations caused by local excessive extrusion. However, pay attention to the steam temperature and ironing time to avoid damage to the color and texture of the fabric.

Choose a substitute:

If the current fabric always has obvious indentation problems, consider replacing it with a similar fabric with better elasticity and flexibility, such as using a high-count cotton ribbon or a blended ribbon with added elastic fibers. This type of fabric has a better effect of dispersing pressure during the embossing process.
