How to do silicone printing on shoe upper?
Here are the printing process:
---Printing Bonding agent firstly( for PA/PU or other materials which is hard to bonding with silicone),if PET materials,this process no need.
Attention: need baking dry the surface after each printing.
---Printing Middle layer silicone AS6820N(2-3 times) as crosslinker,each time need baking dry and the last time only need baking dry the surface.
---Mix base coating silicone with silicone color paste(usually 5%-10%,according to the actual sitiation),still well,then add catalyst according to the recipe/instructions,and still well.
---Printing the mixed silicone on shoe upper,the printing time dispends on your need.Need baking dry after each printing.
---Printing Matte or Glossy surface silicone.Glossy silicone cannot be baked until the surface is leveling and defoaming,matte silicone can be baked immediately.

Base coating silicone/High density silicone,Middle layer silicone,Bonding agent,Silicone color paste,Catalyst
The needs tools:
Electronic scale, Measuring cup, Stirrer, Screen printing plate, Scraper, Oven
