How to Clean and Maintain a Dispenser Machine.
Single-Component Glue: Disassemble the cartridge and needle. Clean the valve and needle with a dedicated solvent (such as silicone cleaner). (Especially the seal inside the valve. Thoroughly remove any residual glue to prevent seal defects after curing.) Allow to dry before reassembly.
Two-Component Glue: Disassemble the mixing tube (discard and do not reuse). Clean the A/B glue lines and valve (to prevent the two glues from mixing and curing in the lines, potentially blocking the channels). Finally, flush the lines 3-5 times with clean solvent.
Equipment Maintenance Details
Mechanical: Wipe the guide rails and workbench with a clean cloth (to remove any residual glue and prevent corrosion). Apply dedicated lubricant to the X/Y/Z axis guide rails (apply after each shutdown to ensure smooth operation).
Electrical and Gas Lines: Close the main gas valve and purge any remaining air from the equipment's gas lines (to prevent water accumulation and affect pressure stability). After turning off the power, use a hair dryer (on a cold setting) to clean dust from the control panel and heat dissipation vents (to prevent dust accumulation and electrical malfunctions). Program and Record Preservation
Save the program modified that day (named by product model, such as "XX - Phone Case Sealing - V2") and back it up to a USB drive to prevent program loss due to equipment failure.
Record the day's production data (such as number of dispenses, number of exceptions, and glue consumption) to facilitate subsequent traceability and parameter optimization (if a parameter frequently experiences issues and requires long-term adjustment).
