Printing on cotton fabric guideline:
STEP 1: Base coating
Mix silicone ink AS6222 or AS6232H with catalyst 3# or 5# at ratio 10:1 by the weight(use a electric scale),add appropriate amount of diluents(thinner)(according to the consistency of silica gel)normally below 10% and stir well, print 6-10 times depend on the thickness you need , bake dry every printing then go forward to next time printing, setting baking temperature at 150℃,about every time bake about 50 seconds
STEP 2: Color coating
Mix silicone ink AS6132 with catalyst 3# or 5# at ratio 10:1 by the weight(use a electric scale),and add color paste about 10%(dark color)-20%(other light color)and mix well, print 2-5 times depend on your fabric color(for example, black color print 2 times and light color print 5 times).bake dry every printing then go forward to next time printing, setting baking temperature at 150℃,about every time bake about 50 seconds
STEP 3: Surface coating , you can use matte surface silicone(AS6312)glossy surface silicone(AS6142)or super shinny glossy surface silicone(AS6142G) which base on your request
Mix silicone ink matte surface silicone(AS6312)glossy surface silicone(AS6142)or super shinny glossy surface silicone(AS6142G) with catalyst 3# or 5# at ratio 10:1 by the weight(use a electric scale)and mix well, print 1-2 times, wait some minutes, you can't bake it until the silicone flow leveling and bubble disappear, setting baking temperature at 150℃
