LSR is mainly used in feeding bottles, nipples, medical catheters, medical device sheaths and cosmetic prostheses etc......
Before injection processing,A and B components use proportion A:B=1:1
Operating time and curing time can be customized, and the corresponding operation time can be adjusted according to the requirements of customers. For example, the ideal operation time is 30 minutes, the operation time can be adjusted to 15 degrees in winter for 30 minutes, and it can also be adjusted to 30 degrees in summer. Time 30 minutes, just inform the specific requirements. However, the operating temperature is below 10 degrees, and room temperature curing is not recommended.
Therefore, when the temperature is lower than 20 degrees, especially when it is lower than 10 degrees, the addition type silica gel can be operated at room temperature. -30 minutes, the higher the temperature, the faster the curing.
LSR A + B components come in a 20KGS(5 gallon) pail or 200KGS(55 gallon) drum.
