Liquid silicone rubber is a high-purity, two-component platinum-cured silicone, ideally formulated for the production of technical parts, where strength, resistance and high quality are a must. LSRs are viscous, but pumpable materials, mostly processed through liquid injection molding (LIM)
LSR grades are supplied as 2-component systems.
The A component contains the platinum catalyst, while the B component contains the crosslinker.

Before injection processing,A and B components use proportion A:B=1:1
LSR A + B components typically come in a 20KGS(5 gallon) pail or 200KGS(55 gallon) drum.
• Store in closed containers in cool rooms at 0 – 30 °C
• Avoid to direct sunlight
• When opening the container, make sure that no dirt falls onto the surface of the rubber
• 20-kg pails with a PE inliner
• 200-kg drums with a PE inliner
