Liquid silicone rubber is a kind of silica gel raw material (English abbreviation: LSR) with a transparent texture. In addition to having the most basic safety, non-toxic, waterproof and other characteristics, because of its unique fluid form, it can also solve the process precision that many traditional solid-state silica gels cannot achieve, and the high transparent texture can produce the same high transparency

Finally, because liquid silicone requires an injection process to produce silicone products, this process produces very little waste because it has almost no burrs, which is more in line with environmental protection requirements.
Because of its fluid form, liquid silicone needs to be produced in the same way as plastic injection. the principle is also similar to that of plastic injection, but the raw material of liquid silicone injection is originally in liquid form, and the feeding process needs to maintain a low temperature to ensure that the raw material will not meet during the injection molding process. thermal solidification affects the fluidity, and finally the mold is heated to complete the final product.
The molding steps are: the raw materials and the original packaging (barrels) are erected at the feeding place of the machine >> the raw materials are transported to the static mixer for AB material stirring >> injection molding into the mold cavity >> heating molding >> complete.
1. Good transparency of raw materials
Due to the simple processing of liquid silica gel raw materials, no additional additives such as bridging agents are added, the texture is transparent and pure, and it is sealed and packaged, which can isolate the dust and dirt from the external environment. It can be said to be the most pure raw material.

Two part liquid silicone rubber has better fluidity because it is liquid, and can completely fill every detail corner of the closed mold cavity. The delivery of raw materials is also precisely measured by computer so that the dimensional tolerance can be better controlled.
