Attention:
When encountering sulfides, nitrides, phosphides, organic metals, etc., non-sulfurization (platinum poisoning) will occur.
For example: synthetic rubber, rosin, epoxy resin (ammonia vulcanization), please be careful not to touch medical gloves, rubber sealing rings, rubber bands and other products.
Molding conditions:
l Curing temperature: In general, curing can be achieved at 90°C to 210°C.
l Injection pressure: 40～120Kg/CM2.
l Curing time: Under the condition of 150℃, the curing time of 1mm test piece is within 10s.
l Linear shrinkage rate: 100℃～150℃, linear shrinkage rate is 2%～3%
l Due to the low viscosity and high fluidity of LSR, in order to avoid glue overflow, there are higher requirements for the sealing position and parting surface of the mold.
l In order to reduce the bad bubbles, it is better to install a vacuum structure in the mold to ensure that the air in the mold cavity is discharged in time.
