Single-component silicone: The vulcanization reaction of single-component room temperature vulcanized silicone rubber is to vulcanize into an elastomer by reacting with moisture in the air. It has high storage requirements and a short storage time. It does not need to be baked after printing, and it will dry naturally in 6-10 minutes, but it is easy to plug the net. Therefore, the silicone needs to be replaced continuously during printing, which is relatively wasteful. It is generally suitable for materials or fabrics that are not suitable for printing with AB silicone.
Two-component silicone: The two components are not formed by moisture in the air, but by a catalyst (platinum) at a certain temperature, which is about 80-150 degrees. After the two AB silicones are mixed, they need to be baked, and the general temperature is about 120-160 degrees Celsius. The former can be used for a long time without the phenomenon of drying the net, but the adhesion to some fabrics or fabrics is much poor. If the material cannot be baked at high temperature or is not suitable for baking, this silicone cannot be selected as a screen printing material.
According to viscosity: It can be divided into different types such as viscosity, viscosity, viscosity, etc. Silk screen silicone with different viscosities is suitable for different printing needs and processes.
Application

Precautions for use
Screen selection: The mesh of the screen should be selected appropriately. Since the particles of silica gel are much larger than ink, the mesh is generally selected to be around 80-120. If the selected thickness is too high, the silicone cannot pass through the screen and adhere to the substrate. If the mesh is too large, the silicone will automatically flow into the substrate.
Photosensitive adhesive thickness: When the screen is scraped, the photosensitive adhesive needs to be thicker than the ordinary screen ink, generally 0.1-0.5 thick, and the specific quality is determined according to the actual thickness of the sample to highlight its three-dimensional sense.
Color matching and use: For two-component silicone, component A is composed of transparent colloid + silicone color paste, and component B is a curing agent. The ratio of transparent colloid to color paste in component A is 10:1. Users can change the ratio according to the color depth, but the ratio of color paste cannot exceed 15%, that is, 10:1.5, otherwise it will affect the adhesion performance of the screen printing silicone on the substrate. After the color ratio of component A is well mixed and evenly mixed, it is mixed with component B at a ratio of 10:1. Pour an appropriate amount of the adjusted glue onto the screen, and print in batches according to customer needs. Each printing must be baked until the surface is dry before printing the next time.
Baking conditions: The two-component silicone needs to be baked at a temperature of 100-120 according to the screen printing substrate, and the baking time should be 0.5 minutes to 5 minutes depending on the thickness of the screen printing.
