When making a silicone screen printing stencil, the stencil making accuracy is mainly related to the following factors.
(1) Screen, including the type of screen used, the mesh count, the diameter of the wire, the size of the screen opening area, the expansion rate of the screen, the weaving method of the screen, and the color of the screen.
(2) Screen frame, including the material of the screen frame, the size of the screen frame, and the strength of the screen frame.
(3) The tension
(4) The choice of the angle of the screen.
(5) The bonding method between the screen frame and the screen.
(6) The pretreatment of the screen.
(7) Photosensitive material, including the sensitivity, resolution, adhesion of the photosensitive material, the expansion rate of the photosensitive film, the thickness and hardness of the photosensitive film, the water resistance, solvent resistance and abrasion resistance, and the printing resistance.
(8) The mixing time of the photosensitive agent and the time of placement after mixing.
(9) The coating method of the photosensitive agent. (10) Drying methods and conditions, including drying temperature, humidity and drying time.
(11) Platemaking, including the type of light source used, the length of exposure time, the distance between the substrate and the light source during exposure, etc.
(12) The density of the photographic plate.
(13) Development, including the development methods: water development, warm water development, and chemical development; development conditions: temperature, immersion time, type and use of water sprayers, etc.
(14) Drying temperature and time after development.
(15) Selection of secondary exposure time.
(16) Plate repair.
