② Stability The intensity of the light source used must remain stable during the exposure process, and cannot be strong or weak.
③ Light source illumination uniformity The intensity of the light source used on the original must be consistent. That is, the center and surrounding positions of the original must be under the same light intensity.
④ High efficiency The light source used should be exposed in a short time and can achieve the exposure effect.
⑤ Simple operation and maintenance The selected light source equipment should be easy to operate and easy to maintain.
