Product Process:
There have two kinds bonding silicone , one is by injection machine, another one is by screen printing.
The process of bonding underwear with silicone rubber involves several steps. The first step is to clean and prepare the fabric by removing any trace of dirt or dust. The next step is to apply a thin layer of silicone rubber adhesive to one side of the fabric, ensuring that the entire surface is coated evenly.
Once the adhesive has been applied, the fabric must be left to dry for a few minutes. After the adhesive has dried, the fabric can be bonded together by placing the two surfaces together and applying pressure. The pressure helps the adhesive to bond strongly to both fabrics, creating a permanent bond.
The final step is to cure the bonded fabric in a hot press or oven to ensure that the bond is permanent and strong. This process helps to ensure that the bond will remain strong and durable, even under high stress or tension.
