Tips for mixing silicone ink:
Choose the right diluent: Silicone ink is usually thick, and you need to add an appropriate amount of diluent to adjust the viscosity of the ink for easy printing. The choice of diluent should be determined according to the type of ink and printing requirements. It is generally recommended to use a special silicone oil-opening water. At the same time, pay attention to the amount of diluent added. Too much will cause the ink color to become lighter and the adhesion to decrease. Too little may make the ink too thick and affect the printing effect.
Control the stirring time and speed of the ink: When mixing the ink, stir it thoroughly to ensure that the pigments, additives and other ingredients in the ink are fully mixed. The stirring time should not be too long or too short, generally 5-10 minutes is appropriate, and the stirring speed should not be too fast to avoid bubbles.
