Tips for drying:
Choose the right drying method: There are two drying methods for silicone ink: natural drying and heating drying. Natural drying takes a long time and is suitable for small batch production; heating drying can increase the drying speed and ink adhesion, but it is important to control the drying temperature and time to avoid excessive temperature causing deformation of the substrate or discoloration of the ink. Generally speaking, the baking temperature of an industrial oven is 120-160°C, and the time is about 15-30 minutes.
Ensure uniform drying: When heating and drying, ensure that the substrate is heated evenly to avoid incomplete or over-drying of parts. You can use circulating hot air drying or regularly turn the substrate.
