The accuracy of the dispensing machine

The dispensing accuracy of the dispensing machine varies depending on factors such as equipment type, technical configuration and application scenario. The following is an introduction to common accuracy levels:
Ordinary dispensing machine: General semi-automatic or manual dispensing machines have relatively low accuracy, and the repeatability is usually around ±0.05%, and the minimum glue drop volume is about 0.005ml, such as the AS98235 dispensing machine.
Precision fully automatic dispensing machine: The accuracy can reach within plus or minus 1%, which can meet the dispensing tasks in most conventional industrial production that do not require particularly demanding accuracy.
Precision visual dispensing machine: It adopts a combination of high-precision visual system and motion control system to achieve micron-level dispensing accuracy, and is widely used in industries with extremely high precision requirements such as electronic manufacturing and medical devices.
Five-axis rotary automatic dispensing machine: This type of dispensing machine has high mechanical structure accuracy, and the positioning accuracy of the x, y, and z axes can reach ±0.01mm or even higher, and the angle accuracy of the rotating axis can reach within ±0.05°. Its control system is also highly accurate. Based on advanced algorithms, it can precisely control the glue volume and dispensing speed. The error of the glue dot diameter can be controlled within a very small range, such as ±0.02mm.
High-end customized dispensing machine: In some special fields, such as aerospace, high-end electronic chip manufacturing, etc., in order to meet the needs of ultra-precision dispensing, there will be professional customized dispensing machines, whose dispensing accuracy can be higher, even reaching the nanometer level, but such equipment is usually expensive and has extremely strict requirements on the use environment and operation.
