Measures to improve silicone adhesion
For low-polarity fabrics: give priority to silicone containing fluorinated silane coupling agent, or perform corona treatment on the fabric before printing (power 2-5kW, treatment time 10-20 seconds).
For elastic fabrics: choose high-elastic silicone with elongation at break ≥300%, use a screen with mesh count of 80-120T when printing, and control the glue layer to be thin and uniform.
Multi-layer printing process: first print a thin base glue (containing strong adhesion resin), and then print the main silicone layer, forming a dual effect of "anchoring + chemical bonding".
