HEAT TRANSFER --REVERSE PRINTING
STEP 1.Print Heat transfer silicone AS6212(mix with catalyst AS-3 at 10:1) or AS6210(Mix with A-50 at 100:2), add color pigment about 10%,mix well. Print to get the thickness you need. Normally print 10-15 times but depend on the thickness you need.
STEP 2.Print middle layer silicone .AS6820NB Or 6800B(mix with catalyst A at 100:5),stir well to print, normally print 2-3 times.1st print bake dry, last print no need bake dry
STEP 3.
Print hotmelt glue .Print 8-10 times, must get at a least 0.15mm thickness.
OR
Throw hotmelt powder. When use powder, the middle layer can't bake dry, must wet enough let easy bond with powder.
STEP 4.Put the finished label in the oven to bake about 60 minutes on 110℃
STEP 5 :Use press machine heat press the label on the fabric, temperature 160℃@15 seconds for transfer label both side ,after it gets cool, tear the film.
REMARK :
MESH SIZE: 120-180 Mesh (47-70 T)
Heat transfer Silicone have two versions 10:1 AS6212 or 100:2 AS6210 can choose.
Silicone mix with pigment at ratio 100:(1-15) depend on customer request.
Bake dry the surface of every printing except the last printing of middle layer silicone .
Curing at bake temperature 100-120℃,2-3minutes.
Add thinner P-2 to reduce the silicone thickness when necessary, normally 10-20%. .
When printing hotmelt glue, mix 5-10% solvent (for example cyclohexanone ) to dilute the glue, because if glue too thick will cause choke the mesh screen. When printing ,if the glue too dry, can add some more new one in the screen, keep the mesh hole clean.
When print hotmelt glue by machine, suggest add (IPHO) to make the glue slow dry.The ratio of cyclohexanone and 783 isophorone (IPHO) is 70:30 to make the glue fluid.
