Heat transfer printing -Reverse

Heat transfer printing(reverse) is a popular way to make labels of garment.Many printers are interest in Heat transfer printing(reverse).Now i will share the printing process.

STEP 1: Base coating

Silicone ink AS6212 mix color paste at ratio about 10%-15% by the weight(use a electric scale)and stir well then adding catalyst AS-3(Autumn and winter season use)or AS-4(spring and summer season use) at ratio 10:1 by the weight(use a electric scale),add some silicone thinner P-2 according the actual situation.print on PET release film ,print times depending on actual situation,after every printing need to bake dry surface till not stick then repeat the same printing,ATTENTION: the last 2 times no need bake dry the surface.

STEP 2 :Print middle layer silicone AS6820NKB as cross linker

Mix middle layer silicone AS6820NKB with catalyst AS-A100 at ratio 100:5 by the weight(use a electric scale)and stir well,print 3 times,every time need to bake dry surface till not stick then repeat the same printing.

STEP 3 :Print hot-melt glue AS-HMT-6,

Mix 5-10% cyclohexanone to liquid the glue because if glue too thick will cause choke the mesh screen,print about 10 times,after every printing need bake dry the surface, then the transfer print label finished.

STEP 4: Put the finished label in the oven to bake,first time bake 30min at temperature

65℃,then bake 40min at temperature 110℃.

STEP 5: Print the transfer label on the fabric. Use press machine heat press the label on the fabric,temperature 160℃@15 seconds for transfer both side ,after it gets cool,tear the paper.The label will be firmly stick with fabric.
