Complete curing: The production of silicone thermal transfer labels involves the superposition of multiple layers of materials such as silicone, curing agent, and glue. Constant temperature curing can ensure that each layer of material reacts fully and reaches a completely cured state. If the curing is not complete, the label may have an odor due to residual solvents, and the silicone and hot melt adhesive layers are easy to delaminate, affecting the adhesion and durability of the label.
Performance stability: Through constant temperature curing, the elasticity, tensile and non-slip, waterproof and washable properties of silicone can be stably exerted. For example, in clothing applications, the cured silicone label can withstand multiple washings without falling off or deforming, keeping the pattern color bright for a long time.
Process requirements: According to the conventional operating procedures of silicone heat transfer, the printed label needs to be baked at a specific temperature and time. For example, in some processes, the label needs to be baked at 80°C for 30 minutes and then at 150°C for 30 minutes to ensure the curing effect. This staged baking method can better control the curing process and avoid the decomposition or burning of silicone due to excessive temperature.
Quality assurance: Constant temperature curing is a quality control link in the production of silicone heat transfer labels. Through the curing process, the label's bonding strength, color uniformity and other indicators can be tested to ensure that the product meets the standard requirements. Labels that have not been cured may have quality risks due to insufficient reaction of the material.
