                                                                                          Conductive Silicone

Conductive silicone is made of silicone as the main raw material, and is made by adding conductive powder (such as silver-coated copper powder, nickel-coated graphite powder, etc.) and other special formulas. Generally, according to the different conductive properties, conductive silicone can be divided into conductive type, antistatic type, lightning protection type, insulation type and isolation type.

Characteristics of conductive silicone
--- Strong conductive performance: Conductive silicone has excellent conductive performance and high conductivity.
--- Stable physical properties: Conductive silicone has high tensile strength, low shrinkage, scratch resistance, high and low temperature resistance, and can maintain stable performance in harsh environments.
--- Good electromagnetic sealing performance: Conductive silicone has good electromagnetic sealing performance, can effectively shield electromagnetic waves and prevent electromagnetic interference.
--- Strong water vapor sealing ability: Conductive silicone also has excellent water vapor sealing ability, which can prevent water vapor from corroding electronic components.
--- Strong plasticity: Conductive silicone can be formed by molding or extrusion, and is easy to process into various shapes and sizes to meet different application requirements.

Conductive silicone has a wide range of applications in the electronic and electrical industry, including:
Connection of electronic components, display screens, keyboard keys, cable insulation shielding layers, and electromagnetic shielding materials.
