Silicone transfer label is a printing technology widely used in clothing, accessories and other fields. The following is a detailed introduction to its application and transfer method:

1. Application of silicone transfer label
Silicone transfer label is widely used on the surface of various materials due to its unique elasticity and three-dimensional sense, as well as the characteristics of being indelible in ultra-high temperature water, including but not limited to:

Clothing: such as T-shirts, sweatshirts, jackets, etc., adding unique patterns and texts to clothing.
Accessories: such as gloves, swimsuits, shoelaces, woven labels, etc., through silicone transfer technology, you can create patterns with three-dimensional sense and elasticity.
Leather products: such as handbags, wallets, belts, etc., silicone transfer labels can fit tightly on the leather surface to achieve exquisite pattern transfer.
Other materials: such as ribbons, elastic bands, nylon bands, jacquard bands, cloth bands, etc., silicone transfer technology is also applicable to the surfaces of these materials.
2. Transfer method of silicone transfer label
The transfer method of silicone transfer label usually includes the following steps:

Prepare materials:
Silicone transfer film: Make sure the film is intact, undamaged, and the pattern is clear.
Carrier: such as clothing, leather, etc., ensure that the surface is flat and clean.
Heat press machine: Adjust the temperature and pressure, usually the temperature is about 150℃ and the pressure is 4-5kg.
Place the material:
Place the carrier flat on the working surface of the heat press machine.
Place the silicone transfer film (with the pattern facing down) on the corresponding position of the carrier.
Heating transfer:
Close the heating cover of the heat press machine and start heating transfer. Depending on the specific situation of the equipment and the material of the carrier, it may take a period of time (such as about 15 seconds) for both sides to be pressed.
During the heating process, ensure that the temperature and pressure in the heat press machine remain stable to avoid deformation or shedding of the pattern.
Cooling and film tearing:
After the heat press machine cools down, gently peel off the silicone transfer film. At this time, the pattern has been successfully transferred to the carrier.
If the pattern is found to be detached or incomplete when tearing the film, it can be reheated and pressed for a period of time to ensure the integrity of the pattern.
Check the quality:
After the transfer is completed, check whether the pattern is complete and clear, and ensure that there is no shedding, blurring, etc. If necessary, it can be repaired or re-transferred.
3. Precautions
Temperature control: The heating temperature should not be too high or too low to avoid damaging the carrier or causing incomplete pattern transfer.
Uniform pressure: During the transfer process, the pressure should be evenly distributed to avoid deformation or falling off of the pattern.
Material selection: According to the type and characteristics of the carrier, select the appropriate silicone transfer film and heat press machine parameters.
Environmental requirements: The transfer operation should be carried out in a dry and dust-free environment to avoid dust, oil and other impurities affecting the transfer effect.

In summary, silicone transfer labels are favored for their unique advantages and wide application fields. During the transfer process, it is necessary to carefully prepare materials, debug equipment, and transfer according to the correct operating procedures. At the same time, it is also necessary to pay attention to requirements such as temperature control, uniform pressure, material selection and environmental requirements to ensure the transfer effect and product quality.
