Printing procedure and TIPS :
1.Mix silicone (high density silicone 2301AH ) with catalyst at 10:1.
Add 15% color pigment , stir well.
2.Print on the fabric ,print 5-6 times, you can adjust the printing time base on the thickness you need. Bake every print time.
3.Print middle layer silicone 2301B(TZ) as crosslinker. Print 2-3 times. Bake the first 2 times, but the last print time, don’t bake it.
4.Throw the hotmelt powder on it. Then bake it,but the tempreture can’t be high, below 80℃
5.Then finished ,you can use your machine to press the label on the fabric, tempreture about 160℃, time about 25seconds.
